They're giving out Arceus at Toys 'R' Us stores across the United States till November 15th and I can't get it. I live in the U.S./Mexico border but I can't go to the States. I could've gotten one for each copy of my Pokemon games. This stinks!

I live in Matamoros, Mexico. I live very close to Brownsville, TX. But I don't have a visa, which means I can't go to the Toys 'R' Us.
